Andrea has been innovating and teaching Pilates for 18 years, and created a unique style that combines modern cardio with traditional lengthening and sculpting movements. She has taught in top studios and attracted celebrity clients with her unique approach. She holds a degree in theater and dance, with specialty training in physiology.
Andrea has been featured in various media outlets, and has graced the cover of Women's Health Magazine, Yoga Journal, and Pilates Style Magazine. She has appeared on TV shows as a fitness expert and has been named one of the top 5 next fitness stars in the country by Women's Health.
She is known for her DVD's and digital content, including the beloved fitness app Speir On Demand, which features over 300 mat and reformer workouts.
