This workshop is intended to give you a strong foundation when working with pregnant and postpartum clients, and/or understanding your body more. While the body is complex and each person brings their own unique experience to working out, there are general guidelines you can follow when working with this demographic. What you will learn:
- Basic anatomy as it relates to pre/postnatal clients
- Proper breath and the pressure system
- Ways to create a safe and effective program for clients with diastasis recti
- Specific exercise recommendations and a timeline for pregnant clients
- Specific exercise recommendations and a timeline for postpartum clients
