Want to strengthen your core and elevate your heart rate to burn calories like nobody’s business? The jumpboard employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints, and the springs help the muscles tone without bulking. It’s great for athletes because it develops and strengthens the fast twitch muscles in the quadricep without compression, helping to improve speed, agility and power. The jumpboard is a great alternative to traditional cardio, and is recommended for anyone looking to strengthen lower body joints, get relief from osteoporosis or just looking to get a killer fat-burning workout! In this innovative class, we fuse multiple styles of modern cardio and exercise elements with the elongating reformer work to offer an all-in-one workout. Sculpt your legs, lift your seat, define your abs and chisel your arms with this upbeat, body-sculpting fusion class. We combine the best lengthening and sculpting elements of the Pilates reformer with your favorite chiseling moves of ballet barre. Class may include your favorite props, such as ankle weights, stability balls, free weights, mat work, and jumpboard as you circuit through chiseling exercises with the reformer and ballet barre. Proper posture, form and alignment are emphasized while targeting each and every muscle group.

Get ready to pull those skinny jeans out of the back of your closet! This workout emphasizes specific and deliberate exercises that lift and shape your derriere, tone your hamstrings, tighten the inner and outer thighs and strengthen and lengthen the quad. Don't worry, you will still get those arms and abs worked in this full body sweat sesh, but we're not kidding-your booty won't ever have looked so good. 


The sister class to our hit class Hips and Booty- this workout increases the focus and attention on the upper body and midsection. Chiseling and strengthening exercises are circuited throughout class that alternate between your biceps, triceps, lats and traps and your abdominals. Although this is a specialty class, you will still get that great full body workout.  


Strengthen, chisel and tone your body with our signature reformer moves for the first 20 minutes of class, then finish your workout with 30 whole minutes of therapeutic and elongating stretches that not only improve flexibility, but also help to prevent injury, relieve stress and improve your practice. This is just what your body needs to balance out your weekly practice and give your body that extra love it deserves.
