THE WORKOUT:

Pilates is one of the most highly recommended forms of exercise during and after pregnancy. This class is true to our signature targeted and athletic reformer based Pilates classes, Power Reformer and Reformer/Barre Burn. Andrea incorporates fun interaction with your babe while you lengthen, sculpt and tone. 

bring yOUR BABY:

This class is for mommies with an infant (no crawling or walking babies/toddlers permitted). Only one infant per mom. Baby comes first, so please freely tend to your baby's needs during class (nurse, change nappies, etc). 

what to bring with your baby:

Bring socks with grip (we sell Shashi and ToeSox in the studio), your infant car seat, a blanket or swaddle, diaper bag and anything else you need for the hour to care for your baby. We do not have a changing station in the studio, so please bring a changing pad for diaper changes.  Strollers may be folded and parked in the studio during class.

Space is limited, so please contact us if you know in advance that you can't make it, so we can contact the mommies on the waitlist.

MORE ABOUT ANDREA SPEIR

Andrea has been teaching and refining her fitness method for over ten years, with a specialization in pre and postnatal Pilates and fitness. She is the creator and star of SPTV Fit Mamma, an online subscription channel that is set to launch in June 2017. This innovative site will take expectant and new mammas through workouts that will make them strong, healthy, svelte and prepared for labor and/or recovery with her hand picked fitness props, and all from the comfort and accessibility of their own home. Andrea’s mission is to help women keep their strong, fit, independent selves while at the same time embracing and loving the amazing changes happening within their bodies and in their lives.
